Device questions

I’m coming off disposables — what should I get?

A pod system. Same draw, same simplicity, a fraction of the weekly cost, and you pick the flavor from 100+ premium liquids. If you want more punch later, step up to a box mod kit.

Regulated vs. mechanical — what’s the difference?

Regulated mods have a chip: you set the watts, it manages the battery and protects against shorts, over-discharge and bad builds. Mechanical mods have none of that — battery straight to coil. Great in experienced hands, dangerous in new ones. Start regulated.

What is squonking, really?

A soft juice bottle sits inside the mod. Squeeze it, juice pushes up into a bottom-feed RDA, and you get dripper flavor without carrying a bottle. It’s our specialty — come squeeze one.

Which batteries do I need?

Whatever your mod calls for — usually 18650, 20700 or 21700 high-drain cells. Buy authentic (we only carry Samsung, Molicel and Sony/Murata), keep wraps intact, use a real charger, and never carry loose cells in a pocket. We check batteries free.

Do you help set things up?

Every time. Coils, wicking, filling, wattage, firmware — we do it at the counter and show you how. Buy online and we’ll still walk you through it in store.

Can I bring my device in for help?

Yes. Leaking tank, burnt taste, weird readings, dead battery — bring it in. Most fixes take five minutes and cost nothing.
