    Know your cell

    Capacity (mAh) is runtime. Continuous discharge (CDR, in amps) is how hard you can safely push it. Mech users: CDR is the only number that matters.

    Accessory questions

    Which battery do I need?

    Whatever size your mod takes — 18650, 20700 or 21700 — in a high-drain cell from a real brand. Regulated mods: Samsung 40T or Efan 3500 for runtime. Mechs and squonkers: Samsung 30T, Efan 3100 or Molicel P28A for amps. We’ll match it at the counter and check your old ones free.

    Is it bad to charge batteries in the mod?

    It’s fine occasionally on a quality regulated mod, but an external charger is safer, faster and balances dual cells properly. Never charge a mech on USB.

    My wrap is torn — is the battery dead?

    No — but don’t use it until it’s rewrapped. A nicked wrap can short against the mod. Bring it in; we rewrap free in about a minute.

    Which cotton is best?

    They all work; they wick and taste slightly different. TCCC and COTN Threads for flavor, Cotton King for fast wicking on high watts, Chaddos for a clean break-in. Grab two and see which you like.

    Do caps really change the flavor?

    Yes — chamber size and airflow shape are most of an RDA’s flavor. A tighter NRC or Juma cap can make a familiar atty feel brand new. Bring yours in and try one.

    Do you carry replacement glass, O-rings and pins?

    For the tanks and attys we sell, yes — and we can order most others. Bring the tank so we match the exact size.
